I received this message while trying to upgrade:

The version of your current Comic installation is no longer supported by this upgrade method. Please visit the ComicHQ website for alternative instructions.

Where can I find these alternative instructions?  I installed this version of Comic in May of this year, if that helps.  Thanks!

Dang, 0.1.1b? That stuff is old. 0.1.5 is the version that will be supported up until 0.2, maybe I have a 0.1.1 to 0.1.5 converter here somewhere so you can jump through that to 0.1.7 (current version).

*rummage* - well here's the pak files, where's the damn upgrader?... Ah-hah! I think this'll be it....

First off - download the storage folder (through FTP). As long as that's backed up and you don't delete the img folder things can be recovered. Download the img/comic/ folder as well if you want to be on the safe side.

This is untested and untestable (I don't know how to install 0.1.1 anymore) so make sure you do backup. Theoretically nothing should go wrong but, having fished these files out of a scrap folder thinks could be unpredictable.

Upload the two attached files to your website. If asked to choose a mirror make sure you choose Google (as the fullvolume ones plain don't exist anymore). and trawl through that process till it says it's all done. Presuming that works fine you'll now have 0.1.5 installed.

Then from 0.1.5 you can put download.php to your site and upgrade normally.

* upgrade.php (33.54 KB - downloaded 239 times.)
* install.lst (0.03 KB - downloaded 248 times.)

Ha ha, thanks.  I should check this forum more often.  I love the program and can't wait to play around with the new version.  I'll let you know if I hit any more trouble.
